A tradition with future The "Monasterio de la Oliva" faithfull to the traditions of the important European Abbacy, continues cultivating vineyards and elaborating wine as high in quality as its counterparts in Europe. "A tradition with future" is the spirit which presides over the vineyards and the wines of the Monastery, welcomed and protected by the name of origin "Navarra" and its Regulation Board, selects the best varieties of wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Garnacha...) and with meticulous attention to the elaborating and ageing processes, guaranteeing the quality of the final product, under the vigilance of the specialist monk.
